Implementing new technologies will allow you to grow the number of offices you have and make your businesses run more efficiently. Visionix’s technologies allow you to communicate with your offices and your team so you can achieve consistent patient care.

The modified workflow with Visionix’s Eye Refract allows cold start practices to start seeing patients without the need for an onsite optometrist. It automates the traditional features of a phoropter so you can be in one office and consult with a patient in another office. This allows you to expand the number of offices you have without sacrificing quality data or time with your patients. It enables you to standardize the patient experience due to test efficiency, and the accuracy and consistency of refraction results.
The EMR/EHR-ready Eye Refract allows clinicians to access recommended final prescription data from a secured computer interface in another room or office. This is an ideal solution for optical retail chain owners who are interested in a remote-ready model. With an effective delegation process in place for up to 90% of the patient load, practices can free up more doctors to focus on patients who need advanced eye exams.
Refraction results can be seen immediately and seamlessly via the medical records. If a doctor is not onsite, they can log onto Zoom, review the data, and then consult the patient. Often a patient just wants reassurance that their prescriptions are up to date. While in some cases, the doctor will need to meet the patient for follow up care.
The doctor is in telemedicine with their patient.
Optometrists can handle multiple offices using our integrated Visionix platform. If a doctor wants to doublecheck a refraction, they can remotely connect into the Eye Refract. Along with examining the refraction data they can integrate it with data from the OCT screenings, wide field retinal imaging, pressure reading, digital slit lamp camera and meibography. This allows you to assess the patient in a more superior way than a traditional eye exam.
