Handheld Auto Refractometer Keratomer with eye piece
Retinomax products offer a wide range of refraction and keratometry measurements with high mobility, stability and accuracy, that have been recognized worldwide for years.
Not only does the device let the examiner know the cylinder axis angle, but it also adjusts automatically if it is not level. Regardless of the inclination of the device, the internal gyroscope gives the degree of inclination generated. The measuring range has also been extended.
Record acquisition time of 0.124 seconds
The Retinomax K-plus 5 is a portable auto-refractometer-keratometer that offers high and globally recognized accuracy. It is ideal for eyecare professionals looking to enhance the quality of vision examinations for their patients.
Guaranteed Reliable Results
The Retinomax K-plus 5 features an automatic measurement system that repeats measurements if the data is not stable. This ensures reliable results, even for patients with small pupils or sensitivity to light.
The fixation intensity is automatically lowered for small pupils. The minimum pupil size for measurement is 2.3mm. If a pupil is smaller than 3.0 mm, the fixation target intensity will automatically be reduced by about 45% to avoid pupil contraction.

While the measurement is being taken, a melody continually plays to keep children’s attention. A constantly changing color display, both on the outside and inside of the device, also keeps children involved during the process.

The Retinomax K-plus 5 is the perfect device for professionals of all ages. The viewfinder observation allows for precise and reliable measurements, independent of the operator’s visual acuity.
The adjustable diopter range of +/-8D enables the adaptation of the device to a wide range of patients. The tilting of the viewfinder arm, adjustable from 0 to 135 degrees, facilitates measurements regardless of the patient’s position or posture.

[Case Study MW 50D] Screening for Cataract
Cataract is a medical condition in which the lens of the eye becomes progressively opaque (1A), resulting in blurred vision. According to the World Health Organization, cataract is the leading cause of blindness in the world.

Screening for refractive surgery
Raise awareness on the importance of Epithelial Thickness Mapping (ETM) in refractive surgery screening.

Retina protocol
SOLIX delivers pristine images of retinal structures with unprecedented views of the vitreous and choroid, that enable confident diagnosis and management of retinal pathologies.

Protocolo Glaucoma
The SOLIX glaucoma package delivers in-depth analysis of the optic nerve head structure and vasculature. Optovue-exclusive scans bring additional insights that aid in clinical decision making.
