Our products

MW 50D Digital

New high performance digital LED slit lamp, with wide magnification range and fine optics.

  • Digital camera – 5M pixel wide dynamic range CMOS camera that captures images at a high frame rate of 30 fps for smooth movies.
  • Ultra wide magnification range – A new optical system enables bright imaging even at 50x magnification. Drum-type zooming makes it easier to adjust the magnification within the wider range of 5x to 50x.
  • EMR / DICOM Compatible – The MW50D can take high resolution live video, 5 frame continuous image burst shots, and is DICOM compatible.

MW 50D Clinical

New high performance LED slit lamp, with wide magnification range and fine optics.

  • Bright colors– A LED light source, whose wavelength is much closer to a halogen lamp, has been employed to give the slit lamp a bright, natural color.
  • High field of view eyepiece -Wide field of view observation is possible even when wearing eyeglasses. Eyepieces can be fixed to the microscope tube to reduce gaps. A stereo variator is not needed.
  • Robust optics & mechanics – designed for intensive long-term use. Strong device metal base, precise and smooth sliding and rotating gives a feeling of long-term robustness

Visionix VX 85

The VX85 slit lamp is characterized by a closed bearing base, which makes precise and easy positioning in front of the eye. The base also integrates the power cable making the unit appears cordless. Light intensity is supplied via an electronic lamp regulator located in the unit base.
  • Superior stereo microscope – Choice of either three or five magnification levels, adaptation to your visual requirements by either parallel or converging ocular system.
  • Fast slit projector – Continuous variable slit lengths 1.5 – 11 mm, sharp slit images from the front cornea surface to the rear lens surface, swivelling prism head.
  • Built-in filters– Blue cobalt (fluorescence), green (red-free), grey (heat absorbing) and yellow.
VX70-visionix-slitlamp

Visionix VX 70

With its modern optical design, the VX70 will cover all the needs of your practice. This slit lamp utilizes a multi-coated system which transmits light more efficiently, for a very good clarity. Available in 5 x, 3 x or 2 x magnifications
  • Superior stereo microscope – Convergent version. The five primary magnifications give total magnification of 6x; 10x; 16x; 24x; 40x.
    6x/43; 10x/27; 16x/16; 24x/11; 40x/7
  • Adjustments – Luminosity adjustments by potentiometer and boost button on joystick.
  • Built-in filters – Blue cobalt (fluorescence), green (red-free), grey (heat absorbing).

FAQ

What are the advantages of LED slit lamps?

LED slit lamps offer several advantages over halogen slit lamps: Longer lifespan, energy efficiency, cool light source, instantaneous on/off and environmental considerations.

What are the important features to consider when buying a slit lamp?

When buying a slit lamp, there are key factors to consider: Purpose and intended use, magnification, illumination source, imaging capabilities, optics quality, ergonomics, filters and accessories. If possible, consult with experienced eye care professionals in the field. Attend trade shows, conferences, or contact Visionix to request product demonstrations.

Can a slit lamp examination detect all eye pathologies?

While a slit lamp examination is a valuable diagnostic tool, it may not detect all eye problems or conditions. Some conditions may require additional tests or imaging studies, such as OCT or fundus photography, for a more comprehensive evaluation.
